Measurement and recording of the number of revs, limiting temperature and
dispergising length are possible, depending on the query.
Program inputs like temperature of the product, number of revs, entry of the
power and torque can be stored.
The documentation of the measuring data is guaranteed by a serial interface and
Disp-Mess.
Process controlling
You can control and evaluate one or more dispergising sequences (test and
production sequences in the laboratory and technetium sector) via PC.
You are informed about each operating sequence steadily (from the product data
acquisition to the graphic evaluation).
Torque, temperature, pressure and mechanical stirring power can be presented
graphically or tabularly and can even be printed out.
If you store the data, you can call up, archive and document other test and
production operating sequences.
Disp-Mess documents at our systems, but it can even be connected with
already existing PCs.

Temperating system
Heating and refrigerating device with indirect cooling,
finished for connection and drafted for the operation with water as a circulation
medium.
The convection takes place via the circulation medium water, which is hauled
by the user with a high performance pump.
The chilled water circulation is separated from the circulation cycle by a spacious dimensioned heat exchanger.
The regulation of the circulation medium‘s temperature occurs automatically.
A sensor for temperature, which is integrated in the device, records the actual
temperature.
The microprocessor control compares the measured value with the preselected
desired value and clocks the heater or the cooling in accordance with that.
A complete safety chain cares for a safe operation of the device.
The spacious serial equipment can be supplemented by a multitude of useful
options on request.
All popular interfaces are available for a connection of the heating and refrigerating device with the control units of the processing machine.
